'Aavesham' makeup artist nabbed with hybrid ganja in Idukki

Thodupuzha (Idukki): Makeup artist Ranjith Gopinathan, known as R.G. Wayanadan, was arrested with hybrid ganja during a vehicle inspection on Sunday.

Ranjith, who has worked in films such as Aavesham, Painkili, Sookshmadarshini, Romancham, and Jan E Man, was nabbed with 45 grams of high-potency hybrid ganja during the operation led by Moolamattom Excise Inspector K. Abhilash as part of ‘Operation Clean State.’

The arrest was made during a vehicle inspection by the Excise team, which included Assistant Excise Inspector (Trade) Ajith Kumar, officials Rajesh V.R., Ashraf Ali and Charles Edwin.
