Darbhanga, Bihar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on the RJD and Congress, accusing their leaders of corruption and neglecting Bihar’s development. Addressing an election rally in Darbhanga, Shah questioned whether former chief ministers Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi had done anything to improve the state’s condition.

“Did Lalu Prasad Yadav or Rabri Devi do anything for the development of Bihar?” Shah asked the crowd. “Who was involved in the fodder scam and the land-for-jobs scam? From 2004 to 2014, the Congress party was involved in scams worth ₹12 lakh crore. Should these corrupt leaders be brought back to power?”

The Home Minister urged voters to reject what he called the “politics of corruption” and support the NDA.
