Fans of the actor Vijay are buzzing with excitement after receiving the news regarding the completion of post-production work of his much-anticipated film 'GOAT' (The Greatest Of All Time).
Recent reports reveal that the production of the first half of 'GOAT' has been completed. Vijay himself has already watched this portion of the movie. He has also shared his thoughts with director Venkat Prabhu, calling the first half "Great”.

With this positive feedback from Vijay, anticipation for 'GOAT' is higher than ever.

Vijay’s new release, the GOAT (The Greatest Of All Time), has announced its release on September 5, 2024, on the Vinayaka Chaturthi day.

The film is directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram’s AGS Entertainment. Yuvan Shankar Raja has arranged the musical score for the movie. Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram and Sneha will also appear in the movie in lead roles.

Vijay had announced in February that he would be joining politics with his newly formed political party ‘Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam’, putting his fans in great dismay. With an aim of having a corruption-free, progressive and secular government, Vijay is all set to compete in the 2026 elections.

Vijay will be ending his acting career with one more movie after 'GOAT'. It is learned that H Vinod will be the director of Vijay’s final movie, and a leading Telugu production company will be producing the project. It is also speculated that Vijay will be given a record remuneration of around Rs 250 crore for his final movie, thereby surpassing Sharukh Khan, who currently holds the record for the highest-paid actor in India.
