“Basil and I are indeed very good friends! I wouldn’t mind jumping and taking a bullet for him!”
In the heartwarming conversation, the dazzling actor talked at length about his long-time buddy. “See, we are two small-town boys who came into cinema with a lot of dreams. Basil can visualise my humour; neither of us needs to explain our silly jokes to each other.”
Talking further, Tovino said: “Basil and I always try to avoid dramatic conversations. In fact, we try to make fun of each other, whether it be on social media or elsewhere. It is very rare that we speak our hearts out to each other, like ‘I really care for you’ and stuff like that!”
“I think some things need not be spoken; we know each other.”
