Tovino in 'Thantha Vibe', Muhsin Parari returns after a decade

Tovino Thomas took to social media on Saturday to announce his next project, Thantha Vibe Hybrid, helmed by director Muhsin Parari. The announcement came with a striking poster featuring Tovino’s silhouette in a dynamic dance pose, accompanied by the tagline, “How old is your inner child?”

This film marks Muhsin Parari’s return to direction after 10 years, following his debut film KL 10 Pathu (2015). Parari, known for his multifaceted contributions to cinema as a director, screenwriter, producer, and lyricist, has also co-written notable films like Sudani from Nigeria, Virus, and Thallumaala.

Thantha Vibe is produced by Aashiq Usman under Aashiq Usman Productions. The technical team includes cinematographer Jimshi Khalid, music director Vishnu Vijay, and editor Chaman Chacko, all of whom have collaborated with Tovino on previous successful projects.

Tovino, who is one of Malayalam cinema’s busiest actors, has a packed schedule this year. He is set to reprise his role as Jathin Ramdas in L2: Empuraan, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Additionally, his upcoming projects include Narivetta by Anuraj Manohar, Avaran by Shilpa Alexander, and Munpe by Saiju Sreedharan. Tovino is also producing Marana Mass, featuring Basil Joseph in the lead.
