Tini Tom to be summoned after reviewing Ansiba’s statement; FIR likely

Kochi: Police have recorded actress Ansiba Hassan’s statement in connection with her complaint against actor Tini Tom. She gave her statement at the Kadavanthra Police Station on Tuesday.

Ansiba has alleged that Tini Tom made communal remarks against her, subjected her to cyber harassment, and insulted her and family. After examining her statement, police are expected to summon Tini Tom to the station and record his version of events.

Police are considering further action, including registration of an FIR, after reviewing the statements of both parties.

Earlier, police had also recorded Ansiba’s statement at the office of the Thrikkakara Assistant Commissioner regarding a separate complaint she filed against actress Lakshmipriya and Reshma, a woman Sub-Inspector from Tripunithura.
