Santhosh Pandit helps people hit by COVID crisis in Wayanad

Kalpetta: Actor-filmmaker Santhosh Pandit has become a real superstar for Wayanad natives who were struggling to make ends meet amid the COVID crisis. 

He extended a helping hand to many people in Wayanad who were facing many issues due to the financial crisis.

Santhosh Pandit started his parade of Wayanad on June 1. At first, he crossed the Wayanad ghat with television sets for children to continue their online classes.

He visited tribal hamlets in Sugandhagiri, Meppadi and Mananthavady. He distributed banana saplings, tailoring machines, clothes, poultry and goats to the residents there during various trips to Wayanad.

Santhosh Pandit approached the poor people in Wayanad with his positive attitude that encouraged him to do all works in the film from acting to producing.

During his Wayanad trip, Santhosh Pandit visited those who were expecting his help and enquired their needs. Santhosh Pandit also asked them to contact him if they needed any more help.

Santhosh Pandit helped many families here to find a livelihood.
