The spotlight also turned to the leading lady, Sahher Bambba, who stars opposite ‘Kill’ actor Lakshya. Early life and background

Born in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Sahher Bambba is now 26 years old. Her first brush with the limelight came back in 2016 when she won the Bombay Times Fresh Face Award, a contest known for spotting upcoming talent and giving young performers a platform.

Film debut with Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas

Sahher’s Bollywood journey began in 2019 with Sunny Deol’s directorial ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’, where she starred opposite his son, Karan Deol. She played a Delhi-based vlogger who goes on a solo trekking adventure, only to unexpectedly find love along the way. Despite its scenic landscapes and fresh pairing, the film didn’t strike gold at the box office.

Exploring web series

After her debut, Sahher turned her focus to digital screens. She portrayed Maham Begum in the historical drama ‘The Empire’ and later took on the role of Debjani Thakur in the retro-themed romantic series ‘Dil Bekaraar’, set in the 1980s. More recently, in October 2024, she appeared in ‘The Miranda Brothers’ on JioCinema, opposite Harshvardhan Rane.
