Omar Lulu’s ‘Nalla Samayam’ all set for OTT release; date out

Omar Lulu’s ‘Nalla Samayam’ is all set for OTT release this Vishu season. The film will begin streaming on the online video streaming platform Saina Play on April 15.  

Earlier, the Kerala High Court had cancelled the case, registered by the Kozhikode excise range office, against the movie for allegedly promoting the use of banned substances.

The case, which was booked under the Abkari Act and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, was cancelled by a bench chaired by Justice VG Arun. 

The film, which hit theatres on December 30, 2022 was withdrawn from screens after four days following the case.

Actor Irshad plays the lead character in 'Nalla Samayam', which also features Neena Madhu, Gayathrie Shankar, Nora Johnson, and Nandhana Sahadevan, among others.
