Neha Dhupia faints on ‘Roadies’ set, calls it a ‘minor health scare’

Mumbai: Neha Dhupia, a gang leader on the upcoming season of MTV Roadies, fainted on set during filming, but showed remarkable resilience by continuing to shoot immediately after. Despite the alarming incident, the actress reassured fans that it was a "minor health scare" and she is now back on her feet, fully motivated and determined to continue her journey on the show.
In a candid statement, Neha shared, “It was a minor health scare, but I’m back on my feet, motivated, and enthusiastic as ever. Roadies has always been about pushing limits, and this journey inspires me to overcome every hurdle. Nothing is going to stop me.”
The fainting episode, which was featured in a promo, saw Neha feeling dizzy before collapsing. However, her dedication to the show was evident as she insisted on completing her duties without delay. A source from the production praised Neha's commitment, stating, “Neha’s dedication is truly remarkable. Despite her hectic schedule and health challenges, she actively fulfilled her duties as a leader and gave her all to the auditions.”
The latest season of Roadies, titled ‘MTV Roadies Double Cross’, promises to be its boldest yet, with high stakes and a theme centered around betrayal, trust, and double-edged decisions. Rannvijay Singha returns as the host, along with gang leaders Prince Narula, Neha Dhupia, Rhea Chakraborty, and debutant Elvish Yadav.
Speaking about the show, Rannvijay expressed excitement about the “most intense and unpredictable” season yet. “With the Double Cross theme, fans are in for an unforgettable journey. I am thrilled to reunite with Prince and Neha and to collaborate with Rhea and Elvish for the first time,” he said.
