I’m not depending on anyone, Veteran actor Raghavan rules out financial crisis

Mollywood actor Raghavan has dismissed the rumours that he is going through a financial crisis. Recently, a producer took to his social media page and penned that actors including Raghavan are struggling without getting any role in movies. He also appealed to all to consider the actors.
Responding to this social media post, Raghavan told mathrubhumi.com that he is not relying on anyone to make his ends meet.
He added that the social media post is baseless.
“ I’m really disappointed with the fake news. I’m a self-made person. So, I’m not depending on anyone. I have faced many challenges in my life. But I was successful to overcome it. I have been working even in my old age. Actually, I don’t depend even on my children,” said Raghavan.
The veteran actor also opened up about his upcoming movie in Telugu.
“ I will share screen space with ‘Baahubali’ actor Prabhas in a Telugu movie. I got the role of Prabhas’ grandfather. Recently, I acted in Vinayan’s ‘Pathonpatham Noottandu’. I’m happy that I got the chance in a number of upcoming Malayalam films. I will be playing the lead role in an upcoming movie produced by Gokulam Gopalan,” he added.
“ I’m not facing any financial issues now. I wanted to act in movies as much as I can,” declared Raghavan.
