The wait is over: Mohanlal finally confirms Vrusshabha release date

Veteran Malayalam actor and Dadasaheb Phalke awardee Mohanlal has officially announced the release date of his upcoming action-adventure film Vrusshabha.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Mohanlal posted, “The ground shakes. The sky burns. Destiny has chosen its warrior. #Vrusshabha arrives on 6th November!”

The film, directed by Nanda Kishore, is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banners of Balaji Telefilms and AVS Studios. The project also involves production partners such as Connekkt Media, Abhishek Vyas Studios, and Aashirvad Cinemas.

The cast includes Mohanlal, Neha Saxena, Ragini Dwivedi, Ramachandra Raju, Sarika, Zara Khan, and Balagam Sanjay Krishna, among others. The music is composed by Sam C.S., while K.M. Prakash serves as the editor and Antony Samson handles cinematography.

The film’s production team features Janvi Gill as associate producer, Harini Ramakrishna as costume designer, and Prathamesh Mhatre as art director.

Although Vrusshabha’s storyline remains under wraps, early reports suggest it will blend action and mythology within an emotionally charged father-son narrative. With an estimated budget of ₹50 crore, the film is expected to be one of the biggest Malayalam releases of the year.

The teaser, already generating buzz online, hints at a visually rich and intense cinematic experience. As the release date draws closer, fans can expect further promotional reveals that shed light on the plot and Mohanlal’s powerful new role.
