On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, production banner Silver Cast Creations announced a new biopic titled 'Maa Vande'.

Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan will portray Modi in the pan-India project, which will release in multiple languages, including English.

The film, based on true events, will chart Modi’s life from childhood to becoming India’s leader, with a special focus on his close bond with his mother, Heeraben Modi.

Directed by Kranthi Kumar CH, 'Maa Vande' brings together top technicians, including cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar (Baahubali, Eega), music composer Ravi Basrur, editor Sreekar Prasad, production designer Sabu Cyril, and action choreographer King Solomon.

Producers said the film will be mounted on a grand scale and aims to capture the inspirational journey of the prime minister.
