Lyricist Bichu Thirumala remains in critical condition

Thiruvananthapuram: Noted Malayalam lyricist and poet Bichu Thirumala remains in critical condition after suffering a heart attack. Currently, he is undergoing treatment at a private hospital here.

He was suffering from breathing trouble and was placed under the ventilator on Wednesday after his condition worsened.

The 80-year-old lyricist was admitted to the hospital two days ago.
