L360 marks the return of Shobana; Mohanlal to play a taxi driver in Tharun's family action drama

The final stages of shooting for the new film tentatively titled L360, produced by M. Ranjith under the Rejaputhra Visual Media banner and directed by Tharun Moorthy, have commenced in Chennai. This film marks the 360th project for superstar Mohanlal.

M. Ranjith, the producer, confirmed that the filming in Chennai will last for three days, focusing on crucial scenes. After Chennai, the crew will head to Palakkad’s Valayar for a week-long shoot. Following that, filming will continue in the Kambam-Theni area, and ultimately, the production will conclude at the primary location in Thodupuzha. Another key location for the film is Ranni.

The entire shooting schedule is expected to span 25 days, including significant scenes such as the climax. This family action-drama is set to feature a star-studded cast on a grand scale.

The filming is anticipated to take about 110 days in total. The film promises to be one of Mohanlal's best action thrillers in recent times. Additionally, the film will see the return of beloved actress Shobana, after a considerable hiatus, as the female lead.

Mohanlal will portray the character of an ordinary taxi driver, whose life takes unexpected turns leading to significant events. The storyline revolves around the lives of common people.

The cast also includes notable actors such as Farhaan Faasil, Maniyanpilla Raju, Binu Pappu, Nandu, Irshad, Arsha Baiju, Thomas Mathew, Prakash Varma, Krishna Prabha, and Aravind, alongside several newcomers.

The story is penned by K.R. Sunil, with the screenplay co-written by Tharun Moorthy and K.R. Sunil. Key crew members include cinematographer Shaji Kumar, editor Nishad Yusuf, art director Gokul Das, makeup artist Pattalam Rashid, costume designer Sameera Saneesh, production manager Shivam Poojappura, production executive Rajesh Menon, production controller Dixon Poduthas, and PRO Vazhoor Jose.
