‘No one has to suffer for too long…’: Kajol says marriages should have expiry date, renewal option
Actor Kajol sparked a lively debate on the latest episode of Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle after suggesting that marriages should come with an expiry date and an option for renewal. The conversation unfolded as Kajol joined co-host Twinkle Khanna and celebrity guests Vicky Kaushal and Kriti Sanon for an engaging round of questions that tested their beliefs on love, relationships and happiness.

“No, it’s marriage, not a washing machine,” Twinkle joked in response. Kajol, who is married to Ajay Devgn, however, stood by her point, saying, “I definitely think so. What guarantees that you’ll marry the right person at the right time? A renewal option would make sense and if there’s an expiry date, no one has to suffer for too long.”
She even attempted to convince Twinkle to join her stance, adding a playful twist to the serious discussion.
The debate continued with the statement, “Money can buy happiness.” This time, Twinkle and Vicky agreed, while Kajol voiced her disagreement. “No matter how much money you have, it can actually become an impediment. It numbs you to the true idea of happiness,” she said. Kriti later conceded that money could indeed buy happiness “at least to a certain extent.”
In another light-hearted moment, Twinkle declared, “Best friends shouldn’t date each other’s exes,” before wrapping her arm around Kajol. “We have an ex in common, but we can’t say,” Twinkle teased. Kajol immediately burst into laughter and told her to “shut up” before any names were revealed, leaving the audience amused.
