Known for his impeccable fashion sense, the veteran actor continues to turn heads with every public appearance, often outshining even younger actors when it comes to sartorial elegance.

A new photo of Mammootty has now gone viral across social media, sending fans into a frenzy. In the image, the megastar can be seen wearing a light green shirt paired with crisp white pants, looking at his phone with quiet focus. The picture, captured by photographer Nazir Mohammed, was shared on Instagram by Mammootty’s longtime associate George.

Fans flooded the comment section with admiration and curiosity, many asking whether the image is from his upcoming film. Is it from ‘Kalamkaval’?

The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his next film Kalamkaval, directed by debutant Jithin K. Jose. Initially expected to release during Eid, the film’s release was delayed but is expected to hit theatres soon. Actor Vinayakan also plays a crucial role in the film.

Produced under the Mammootty Kampany banner, the movie is being distributed in Kerala by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films. The script is penned by Jishnu Sreekumar and Jithin K Jose, the same duo who worked on the blockbuster Kurup starring Dulquer.

Kalankavaal marks the seventh production by Mammootty Kampany and the directorial debut of Jithin K Jose.

Mammootty & Mohanlal to share screen again

Adding to the buzz, a highly anticipated film featuring Mammootty and Mohanlal in lead roles is also in the works. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Mahesh Narayanan, the film has already raised high expectations. It will mark a major reunion of two of Malayalam cinema’s biggest icons.

The ensemble cast also includes Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, and Nayanthara, making it one of the most star-studded Malayalam films in recent memory.
