In a candid interview with Ginger Media, actress Aparna Balamurali shared her excitement about her recent foray into action sequences, revealing that her father was her first "guinea pig" for practising her newfound skills.

Rudhiram, a survival thriller directed by Jisho Lon Antony and starring Raj B. Shetty and Aparna Balamurali in lead roles, is set to release in theaters worldwide on December 13.

Aparna explained that she had to prepare intensively for the action scenes in her latest film. "I had to do some preparation for the action sequences in this film. The excitement of learning action led me to test it out on my father first," she said with a laugh. "I asked him, ‘Come over here, I need to ask you something,’ and then I proceeded to try out what I had learned on him."

While speaking in a playful tone, Aparna mentioned that her father was the perfect person to practice on, and this experience was both new and exciting for her. "It was truly a new experience for me," she said. "I am lucky that it was my father I got to test it on."

In a light-hearted remark, Aparna added that her father has now jokingly told her not to take on any more action films. "He told me not to do any more action films," she laughed, highlighting the amusing side of their family dynamic.
