Farah Khan says only one Bollywood actor is ‘naturally beautiful’ and it’s not Deepika or Katrina

New Delhi: Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan has stirred fresh conversations around beauty standards in Bollywood after joking that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan may be the only actor in the industry who can truly be called “naturally beautiful.”

The candid remark was made during one of Farah’s recent cooking vlogs, where a light-hearted moment quickly turned into a viral talking point across social media platforms.

The conversation began when Farah’s cook, Dilip, complimented her glowing skin while she was promoting a skincare product in the vlog. Farah brushed it off with her trademark humour, calling it her “natural glow” and “inner beauty,” before turning to the camera and crediting the brand.

She then joked, “Let Dilip think I am naturally beautiful,” before adding in Hindi, “Aishwarya Rai ko chhodkar shayad hi koi naturally beautiful hoga,” translating to, “Except for Aishwarya Rai, hardly anyone is naturally beautiful.”

Her comment instantly caught viewers’ attention, with many praising her honesty and others applauding her shout-out to the former Miss World, who has long been celebrated for her timeless beauty.

Farah Khan opens up about returning to direction

In the same vlog, Farah also dropped a major career update. While visiting actor Nakuul Mehta’s home in Mumbai, she revealed that she plans to return to film direction by the end of this year, once her children leave for college.

Farah added that if she directs again, it would be with Shah Rukh Khan. “If I do, it will be with Shah Rukh. Otherwise, I’ll wait and just do YouTube,” she quipped.
