Dulquer Salmaan’s Telugu film Lucky Bhaskar is all set to premiere on Netflix on November 28. The film will be available for streaming in five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, making it accessible to a wide audience across India.

Before its OTT release, Lucky Bhaskar has already made a massive impact in theatres. The film has been a massive hit across South Indian states, grossing over Rs 20 crores in Kerala alone. In Tamil Nadu, the film has been well-received, with reports indicating that it has earned over Rs 15 crores.

On its opening day, the pan-Indian Telugu film surpassed its first-day earnings, with global collections exceeding Rs 25 crores within just two days. In Kerala, Lucky Bhaskar debuted on 175 screens and saw that number increase to over 200 by its second day. The film is distributed in Kerala and the Gulf region by Dulquer Salmaan's own Wayfarer Films. The audience response was overwhelmingly positive, a testament to the film's strong performance both locally and internationally.

The storyline revolves around Bhaskar, an ordinary bank clerk, set against the backdrop of the infamous 1992 Bombay Stock Exchange scam. The film is a joint production by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, with Sreekara Studios handling the presentation. The film is written and directed by Venky Atluri, featuring Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead.
