Dhurandhar: The Revenge crosses ₹1,000 crore worldwide, equals Pushpa 2 record in just 7 days

Mumbai: Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, has created box office history by crossing the ₹1,000 crore mark worldwide within just seven days of release.
The Aditya Dhar directorial has now joined Pushpa 2: The Rule as the fastest Indian film to enter the ₹1,000 crore club, with both films achieving the milestone in exactly one week.
With this massive feat, the film has surpassed blockbusters like Kantara Chapter 1, Animal, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan to enter the top 10 highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
Its next target is Kalki 2898 AD, which earned ₹1,042 crore globally. Trade experts expect Dhurandhar 2 to surpass this figure soon, with Jawan (₹1,160 crore) being the next major milestone.
Strong box office collection in India
The film has been performing exceptionally well in the domestic market as well. According to trade estimates, it collected around ₹47.70 crore on Day 7, taking its total to approximately ₹623.42 crore in India.
Including taxes, the gross domestic collection stands at around ₹744 crore, putting it on track to cross the ₹1,000 crore mark in India before the end of its second weekend.
The spy action thriller has set a new benchmark for Bollywood box office collections, with its record-breaking run being seen as a major boost for the Hindi film industry.
The film is directed by Aditya Dhar and features a strong ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun.

The film’s success further cements Ranveer Singh’s position as one of the top stars in Indian cinema, with Dhurandhar: The Revenge emerging as the biggest hit of his career.
