Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar has hit another box-office landmark. After amassing over ₹1,100 crore globally, the film has now become the highest-selling Bollywood title on BookMyShow.

Industry tracker Sacnilk reports that Dhurandhar has sold 1.3 crore tickets on the platform, overtaking the earlier record set by Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava, which had clocked just over 1.25 crore ticket sales last year. With this feat, Dhurandhar now leads the list of Hindi films with the highest ticket sales on BookMyShow.

Dhurandhar, which has surpassed ₹1,300 crore in worldwide box-office earnings, features a cast including Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Rakesh Bedi, Gaurav Gera and Sara Arjun.

Reacting to the achievement, BookMyShow COO (Cinemas) Ashish Saksena said the film has firmly established itself as a historic milestone in Indian theatrical exhibition.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan currently holds the third spot, with 1.24 crore tickets sold on the platform. Another recent blockbuster, Stree 2, is the only other Hindi film to have crossed the one-crore ticket-sales mark on BookMyShow.
