Singer Anju Joseph, who gained fame through a reality show, tied the knot with engineer Adithya Parameswaran at a private ceremony at Alappuzha Registrar Office on Saturday.

The couple announced their big day on social media, with Anju sharing pictures from the event and captioning it, "My hopes and dreams for the future."

While the wedding itself remained a private affair, videos from the reception quickly went viral. In one of the most emotional moments, Adithya joined Anju on stage to sing a Malayalam song "Aaraadhike" from the movie Ambili.

As Anju sang the heartfelt lyrics, Niankku thunayaai njan... Adithya became emotional and began sobbing during the performance.

Anju commented, " Oh god! This man will make me cry too." Visibly touched, Anju comforted him and encouraged him to sing, sharing the emotional moment with their guests.

The couple chose not to reveal the details of their relationship, including whether it was a love marriage or how they met, preferring to keep it private for now. They did, however, promise to share their story at a later time.

Anju Joseph, a native of Kanjirappally in Kottayam, entered the world of playback singing through a reality show and has also recently acted in a few films.

Her recent video, where she opened up about her first marriage and overcoming depression, gained widespread attention.
