Kochi: Actor Anagha Ravi, who impressed audiences with her portrayal of the fiery young boxer Natasha in Alappuzha Gymkhana, has once again grabbed attention—this time with a behind-the-scenes glimpse into her training.

In a new video shared on Instagram, the actor is seen sparring with her coach, showing off her refined moves.

“Natasha isn’t so soft after all! Still got some hands after a few months of break,” her coach wrote, praising her dedication and grit. Anagha, responding to the post, called her coach a guiding force in her life and career, adding that the experience would always remain close to her heart.

The video captures the energy and determination that Anagha poured into her role, which critics and fans had earlier hailed for its flamboyant and distinct boxing style.

Originally from Chalakudy, Thrissur, Anagha moved to Kochi during her school years and has steadily built a name for herself in cinema. She is currently working on Surya 45, a Tamil film directed by RJ Balaji.

Speaking to The New Indian Express earlier, Anagha had shared that the role of Natasha was designed to reflect both athletic power and artistic fluidity, combining her background in dance with boxing technique.

Inspired by professional boxers like Benjamin Whittaker and Emmanuel Augustus, the choreography for her moves was crafted by Boxing Choreographer Jophil Lal to bring out a distinctive rhythm in the ring.
