Actor Vishnu Unnikrishnan's FB page recovered after being hacked

Barely hours after falling prey to hacking, actor Vishnu Unnikrishnan announced that he had successfully recovered his Facebook account.

In a post shared on Wednesday, the Malayalam actor thanked everyone who helped him identify the threat and take necessary action. 

"My Facebook page has been restored. I am grateful to the many friends who alerted me to suspicious posts on my account last day. It was brought to my attention that my profile was compromised yesterday, with inappropriate posts being made and money being demanded from certain individuals," he wrote on Facebook.

Upon realising the hacking incident, Vishnu quickly informed the Cyber Cell and claimed that his account had been compromised from Pakistan.
