‘My daughter is being targeted now’, says actor Praveena about cyber attacks

Kollam: Cyber attacks have been launched against Malayalam actor Praveena and her family yet again. Reportedly, a youth, who was previously booked for circulating morphed pictures of the actor a few years ago, is behind the current attacks too. 

Earlier, Thiruvananthapuram police had arrested Tamil Nadu native Bhagyaraj (23) for morphing the pictures of the actress and spreading them on social media.

However, Praveena alleged that the accused, who is out on bail, is now targeting her daughter. 

“I came to know about this through my friends on social media. He (Bhagyaraj) has been spreading morphed pictures of me, my daughter and sister-in-law by creating fake accounts in my name,” she said. 

“My daughter had filed around four complaints with the cyber police within the last year. A case was registered. However, no further action was taken,” said the actor.
