Kritika Kamra marries Gaurav Kapur in intimate ceremony at Mumbai home: See photo

Actor Kritika Kamra and television presenter Gaurav Kapur have officially tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony held at Kapur’s home in Mumbai on March 11.

The couple opted for a low-key celebration attended by close family members and a select group of friends from the film and cricket industries.

According to reports, the wedding was a private signing ceremony rather than a grand traditional affair, reflecting the couple’s preference for a personal and meaningful celebration. The ceremony took place at Kapur’s Bandra residence and included a small pooja as part of the rituals.

Despite the understated nature of the wedding, several prominent personalities were spotted arriving to bless the newlyweds. Actor Farhan Akhtar, Malaika Arora, Soha Ali Khan, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi were among the guests seen attending the ceremony.

Former cricketers Zaheer Khan and Virender Sehwag also joined the celebrations, reflecting Kapur’s strong connections with the cricket fraternity.

Photos and videos of the couple posing for paparazzi outside the venue quickly began circulating online shortly after the ceremony.

For the occasion, Kamra reportedly wore a traditional red saree, while Kapur opted for an ivory bandhgala paired with white trousers, keeping with the elegant yet simple tone of the wedding.

The couple had made their relationship public in December 2025, and their wedding plans had been the subject of speculation in recent weeks after details of a post-wedding celebration surfaced online. Invitations for the after-party, titled “The Party, After,” went viral on social media for their relaxed and unconventional tone.

Instead of a traditional reception, Kamra and Kapur are reportedly hosting a curated celebration on March 12 in South Mumbai. The event is said to have a “jazz night–meets–speakeasy bar” theme, designed to maintain a relaxed atmosphere where guests can “come early and stay as long as the night allows.”

Sources close to the couple indicated that the wedding was deliberately designed to be warm and intimate rather than extravagant. The pair reportedly wanted their special day to reflect their personalities and focus on meaningful moments with loved ones.

Kritika Kamra, who began her career in television with shows such as ‘Kitani Mohabbat Hai’ and ‘Kuch Toh Log Kahenge’, later transitioned to films and web series, appearing in projects like ‘Tandav’ and ‘Bambai Meri Jaan’.

Gaurav Kapur, meanwhile, is widely known as a television host and sports presenter. He has hosted popular cricket shows such as ‘Extraaa Innings T20’ and ‘Cricbuzz Live’, and also gained recognition for his YouTube interview series ‘Breakfast with Champions’, which features conversations with leading sports personalities.

With their intimate wedding now complete and a stylish celebration planned with friends, Kamra and Kapur have begun a new chapter together, one that, much like their wedding, appears rooted in simplicity, warmth, and close relationships.
