Koffee With Karan may be months away from returning, but the guessing game around its next set of guests has already begun.

Karan Johar is expected to bring the popular celebrity chat show back for its ninth season around Diwali. While there has been no official announcement about the guests yet, an unverified list circulating on Reddit has sparked plenty of discussion among fans.

If even some of the names on the list make it to the famous couch, Season 9 could have its share of reunions, first appearances and celebrity pairings that would almost certainly dominate social media.

Could Koffee With Karan 9 bring back the Dil Chahta Hai trio?

One of the most exciting possibilities on the list is a reunion involving Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Akshaye Khanna.

The proposed episode would be particularly timely as ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ completes 25 years in 2026. A couch featuring the actors associated with the much-loved film could make for one of the season's biggest episodes if it actually happens.

Another reunion linked to a major Bollywood anniversary could involve Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kajol and Jaya Bachchan. The three actors are reportedly being considered for an episode marking 25 years of ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, which completes the milestone in December 2026.

Newlyweds Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna could appear together

Another name combination that is bound to get attention is Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna.

The two are reportedly on the tentative list as a married couple, which would make their appearance especially interesting for fans following their relationship. If they do share the couch, their relationship and married life are likely to be among the topics viewers will be curious about.
