Hrithik Roshan pens romantic birthday wish for Saba Azad, says 'I'd pick the second option every single time'

Actor Hrithik Roshan shared a heartfelt birthday wish for his girlfriend, actress Saba Azad, expressing his desire to spend a lifetime exploring life's adventures with her.

Taking to Instagram, the 'War' actor posted a series of photographs with Saba, accompanied by a romantic note in which he described how even the longest and most complicated journeys become memorable when they are together. Using the example of choosing between a direct flight and one with multiple stopovers, Hrithik said he would always prefer the longer journey if it meant travelling with her.

In his birthday message, the actor reflected on how ordinary moments, unexpected delays and detours turn into exciting experiences in Saba's company.

“Someone asked me about you. I said I don't wanna talk about you cause it's too precious. She insisted and I said this .. "Well, how about this? Say if there were 2 options for flights from mumbai to a far off destination, one was a direct flight. Efficient and easy!"

“And another one that went via 8 random cities with hours of transit time each stop with possibilities of missing connecting flights. If it was with her..." I said, "I'd pick the 2nd option... deliberately... every single time. Cause with you Sa, every mundane, every wait, every deviation from the normal inevitability turns into a dance of adventures. Hrithik shares special moments with Saba

The Instagram carousel featured several photographs capturing the couple's time together. Among them was a candid picture of the two enjoying ice creams, along with other glimpses of their shared moments.

The final photograph featured Saba posing happily with Hrithik's sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan, from his previous marriage to Sussanne Khan.

Hrithik and Saba reportedly began dating in late 2021 or early 2022 after connecting on social media. Their interaction is said to have started when Hrithik appreciated one of Saba's videos on X, formerly known as Twitter. The two subsequently exchanged direct messages and eventually met through a mutual friend.

The couple made their first public appearance together in May 2022, arriving hand-in-hand at filmmaker Karan Johar's 50th birthday celebration.

Since then, Hrithik and Saba have frequently offered glimpses of their relationship through social media posts and public appearances. They marked five years of togetherness in October 2026.
