Say what you may, but Comet has always understood that comfort shouldn't come at the cost of a good story. And this week, the homegrown sneaker brand has gone and done something rather poetic, Astra, their first-ever silhouette designed exclusively for women, is officially LIVE.

Ballet-inspired, contemporary, and built for the kind of everyday comfort you don't have to think twice about. Honestly? A vibe.

Translucent mesh laterals, a double-lacing treatment, a mix of different materials for every colourway, seven variants deep, and each one fully committing to a personality of its own. Burnt Toast in brown and white for the quiet romantics, Day Dream in shades of blue for the ones who live in golden hour, Vanilla Cloud in grey and white and Chrome Kiss in silver and white for the minimalists, Wild Bloom in purple and white and Matcha Cream in green and cream for the girls who never met a colour they didn't like, and Butter in soft beige for absolutely everyone else. Two limited-run variants, Wild Poppy and Water Lily, pulling straight from Van Gogh's poppy fields and Monet's lily ponds and putting them right onto your feet, floral motifs and embroidery details included. Because if flowers have always found their way onto canvas, why not onto your everyday shoe too?
