As the monsoon season sets in and travellers are gearing up for exciting rain-soaked adventures, Malayalam star and ‘Premalu’ fame Mamitha Baiju, is also in the excitement of her monsoon journey. Many, like her, are flocking to picturesque destinations known for their lush greenery, forests, snow-capped peaks, and majestic mountains.
Mamitha recently embarked on a trip to Meghalaya, where she explored the breathtaking beauty of Dawki and its famous living root bridges, all amidst the refreshing monsoon showers. A picture of Mamati's journey was posted on social media with the caption, “A hidden place in Meghalaya.”
Accompanied by her team, Mamitha is seen indulged in the joys of Meghalaya's monsoon, traversing hanging bridges, marvelling at waterfalls, and splashing through streams. Their itinerary includes thrilling activities like mountain climbing, jungle walks, and bamboo treks. Renowned as the ‘abode of clouds’, Meghalaya stands out as one of India's premier destinations for monsoon travel, boasting unparalleled natural beauty that remains relatively untouched by mass tourism.
Mamitha's adventure follows in the footsteps of actor Pranav Mohanlal, who also recently explored the enchanting landscapes of Meghalaya.
