Crispy sweet potato fry, the perfect after-school snack for kids

Sweet potato fry
Ingredients:
- Sweet potato - 1
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Crushed ginger garlic - ½ tbsp
- Gram flour- 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - ½ tbsp
- Oil- as required
- Salt - as required
- Curry leaves- one stem
Preparation:
Chop the sweet potato into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients well to make a paste. Marinate the sweet potato with the mixture and set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sweet potatoes well in a low flame.
Fry curry leaves in oil. Garnish the sweet potato fry with curry leaves.
Serve hot.
