Crispy sweet potato fry, the perfect after-school snack for kids

Are you looking for a tasty and healthy after-school snack for your kids? Try making this easy, delicious and cripsy sweet potato fry packed with nutrients. 

Sweet potato fry

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato - 1
  • Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  • Chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • Crushed ginger garlic - ½ tbsp
  • Gram flour- 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour - ½ tbsp
  • Oil- as required
  • Salt - as required
  • Curry leaves- one stem

Preparation: 

Chop the sweet potato into small pieces. 

Mix all the ingredients well to make a paste. Marinate the sweet potato with the mixture and set aside for 30 minutes. 

Heat oil in a pan and fry the sweet potatoes well in a low flame. 

Fry curry leaves in oil. Garnish the sweet potato fry with curry leaves.

Serve hot.
