Are you bored of the usual Dosa? Just try a little different this time. Healthy and tasty ‘Uthappam’ can be made in just two minutes.
 

Ingredients

  • Dough for Dosa
  • Carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, boiled green peas - a cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - as needed

Procedure

Pour a little dough on the pan and sprinkle the chopped vegetables on top. Cover the lid and cook. Apply ghee all around and sprinkle a little pepper powder and salt. The uthappam is ready.
