Mop up Allotment to the Integrated Five Year LLB courses 2023 Kerala announced

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, has published the Online Final Mop up Allotment to the Integrated Five Year LLB courses 2023, to fill up vacant seats in the Government Law College and Merit seat in Private Self Financing Law colleges in the State having seat sharing agreement with the Government at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

The Mop up allotment has been prepared after addressing valid complaints received within stipulated time regarding Provisional Allotment List published on 04.11.2023 and on the basis of the conditions stipulated in Integrated Five Year LLB Prospectus clause 16.

To view the Allotment Result, candidates should log on to the ‘Integrated Five Year LLB 2023-Candidate Portal’ by submitting their Application Number and Password. Then by clicking on the link ‘Allotment Result’, candidates can view their Allotment Result. It is necessary to take the printout of the Allotment Memo.

The allotted candidates should report for joining at the allotted colleges by 3 pm on 09.11.2023, along with all required documents specified in the Allotment Memo and in Prospectus clause 18.

Course once allotted in the Mop-up Allotment shall be final and cannot be changed further. If the candidates, who have been already admitted to Integrated Five Year LLB course through previous phases of allotment by CEE, get an allotment through the Mop up allotment, current admission of the candidate will stand cancelled. Surrender of seats after Mop up Allotment will not be permitted. The mop up registration fee of those candidates who do not join the seat allotted through Mop Up Round will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the notification are exempted from remitting tuition fees.

In case vacancies exist/new vacancies arise after Mop up Allotment, these will also be filled in the subsequent phase through Spot Allotment/Stray Vacancy Filling Round, based on the options registered for the Mop up allotment.
