Kerala CEE invites applications for M.Pharm admission 2025-26: Apply now

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, has invited applications for admission to the Postgraduate Course in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) 2025-26 in the Government Pharmacy Colleges and in the Government merit quota seats in Self-Financing Pharmacy Colleges in Kerala in 2025.
Eligibility
(a) Nativity: Applicant should be an Indian Citizens of Kerala origin. To prove Nativity, the applicant has to upload, any one of the certificates specified in Clause 3.1 of the M.Pharm Prospectus at www.cee.kerala.gov.in
(b) Academic: Applicant should have passed the B.Pharm Degree examination from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other Universities recognized by the Kerala University of Health Sciences, as equivalent thereto by completing the studies and associated activities from an institution recognized by the All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi and the Pharmacy Council of India, with a minimum of 55% marks (50% SC/ST) for all the three years of the B.Pharm Examination (B.Pharm- II, III, IV year) taken together. For In-service candidates seeking admission against the service quota, the minimum marks required shall be 55%. Those who have passed B.Pharm from Universities outside Kerala will be eligible for admission only if their qualifying examination is recognized by the Kerala University of Health Sciences, before the last date specified for the submission of academic data. For applicants having at least 5 years of professional experience, after passing the B.Pharm course, the minimum mark requirement shall be 50%
(c) Applicant should have qualified the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (G-PAT) in any of the years 2023, 2024 or 2025.
(d) Age: There is no upper age limit for general quota candidates. Service quota candidates should have at least five years of service for superannuation after the completion of the course (as per clause 8.1 of Prospectus).
Qualifying criteria
Applicants including those who apply under the Service Quota, must have qualified in the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (G-PAT) in any of the years 2023, 2024 or 2025 and should figure in the rank list prepared by the CEE, Kerala. Candidates who have qualified in a category other than the General (UR- All) category as per the GPAT 2023, 2024 or 2025 result published by the NTA or NBEMS, as the case may be, must upload the required documents or undergo the verification process, as the case may be, prescribed in the prospectus to substantiate the respective category claim, failing which the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled.
Applicants under service quota should have completed probation under regular appointment in the concerned department to become eligible to apply.
Selection
The selection will be from the rank list prepared by the CEE, Kerala on the basis of the rank of the qualified candidates in the GPAT 2023, 2024 or 2025 and subject to other eligibility conditions prescribed in clause 3 of the Prospectus. In case of a tie in GPAT score, the applicant (including service quota) with the higher mark for B.Pharm (4 year marks/ 7 & 8 semesters marks) will be placed higher. If the tie still persists, the candidate with higher age will be placed higher.
Application
Applications including that by service candidates can be submitted online through the link ‘M.Pharm-2025 Online Application’ available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 3 pm on 2.11.2025. While applying online, candidates should upload the GPAT Score card of 2023/2024/2025 as the case may be. The scanned image of their recent photograph, signature, and all the required documents/certificates to prove their claims, including reservations, shall also be uploaded. There is no need to send the printout of the Application Acknowledgement page or any supporting documents to the Office of the CEE.
Those who have already applied for admissions as per the notification dated 30.08.2025 of the CEE, need not submit applications afresh. However, those who wish to make changes in the G-PAT score already added, can utilize the facility available in the candidate portal.
Application Fee
Application Fee is Rs.600/- for General/Service candidates and Rs. 300/- in the case of SC/ST candidates. Application fee can be remitted online through internet banking/credit card/debit card.
Service Quota Candidates
Service quota candidates, in addition to applying online, should forward a copy of the Application Acknowledgement page along with all required documents including their service details, to the Controlling Officer concerned as stipulated in clause 9.2.5 of the Prospectus, to reach before 3 pm on 2.11.2025.
Centralized Allotment Process
The selection of candidates for admission, including those under the Service Quota will be made by the CEE through a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) based on various provisions laid down in the Prospectus approved by the Government.
Candidates must go through the various provisions in the Prospectus for admission to the Post Graduate Course in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)-2025 available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in before filling up the Online application.
