Kerala CEE begins second phase allotment for LL.B. 2025; confirm options by August 9

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has commenced the activities related to the second phase of Centralised Allotment for admission to the three-year LL.B. course in the government and government seats in private self-financing law colleges of the state for the year 2025-26 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Those candidates who have received an allotment and taken admission in the allotted college in the first phase and want their existing higher-order options to be considered for the second phase have to compulsorily confirm their online options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available on their home page provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Those candidates who have submitted options in Phase 1 but have not been allotted any seats in the first phase should also confirm their options.

After online option confirmation, candidates can change the priority of existing higher options and delete the unwanted higher options, if desired. The facility for online option confirmation/rearrangement/deletion of options will be available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Those who do not confirm their higher options online within the stipulated time will not be considered for this phase of allotment. But the present admission, if any, of such candidates during the first phase of allotment shall be retained.

All eligible candidates can also register fresh options at Sree Narayana Guru College of Legal Studies, Kollam (Code SKL, 60 seat).

Option registration/confirmation/rearrangement/deletion of options can be done up to 10 am on 09.08.2025.

Second Phase Provisional Allotment will be published on 09.08.2025 and Second Phase Final Allotment on 11.08.2025.

Candidates who receive an allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 9 of the Prospectus at the time of admission.

Candidates who get an allotment in this phase have to join the allotted college within the stipulated time. Detailed schedule regarding the joining will be notified later.

Candidates who get an allotment have to pay the amount shown in the allotment memo in the allotted colleges at the time of admission. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/Other Communities and categories specified in the Notification are exempted from payment of fees.

Candidates who do not take admission within the specified dates will lose their allotment.

Candidates who receive a change of allotment to their higher options in the second phase of allotment will automatically lose their current admission, and they should obtain the T.C. and relevant documents from their currently admitted college and join the newly allotted college within the specified date notified by the CEE.
