The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the First Round Stray Vacancy Allotment List for admission to Integrated Five-Year LL.B. Courses for the academic year 2025-26 in the Government Law Colleges and Private Self-Financing Law Colleges of the State at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Allotment is based on the rank in the rank list of integrated five-year LLB courses published by the CEE and online options registered by candidates in the first-phase stray vacancy allotment based on the conditions specified in the notification.

Candidates can access their homepage by entering their application number and password in the ‘Integrated Five Year LLB 2025 Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and by clicking the menu ‘Allotment Result,’ candidates can view their allotment details and download their allotment memo. Details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, allotment, tuition fees, deposit (if any), etc., are available in the Allotment Memo. Candidates may click the menu ‘Data Sheet’ for downloading the data sheet.

Candidates should report for admission before the principal of the allotted colleges by 3 pm on 20.09.2025, along with the allotment memo and original documents specified in Clause 19 of the Prospectus, and should remit the fee/balance fees, if any, as shown in the allotment memo at the concerned college at the time of admission. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the notification are exempted from remitting tuition fees.

Candidates who do not join the college within the stipulated time will lose their present allotment. The seats received through stray vacant seat allotments cannot be changed. Candidates who are allotted a seat in the vacant seat allotment and stray vacancy seat allotments (irrespective of the admission status) will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.

Candidates who have an admission have not been considered for stray vacancy allotments and will not be considered for college-level allotments even if they have registered options in this phase.

If vacancies exist/arise after the first round of stray vacancy seat allotment, such vacancies will be filled through the second round of stray vacancy filling allotment. For Stray Vacancy Filling rounds, options registered by candidates during the First Round Stray Vacancy Seat Allotment will be considered, unless otherwise notified.

The various lists of candidates for the college-level stray vacancy filling after the stray vacancy seat allotments will be prepared based on the options registered for the stray vacancy allotment process. But the options registered by already admitted candidates will not be considered for college-level stray vacancy filling rounds.

Allotment will be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt./Bar Council of India/University concerned.

Candidates who have claimed SC/ST reservation and whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS have been provisionally considered for allotment. The allotment/admission, if any, of such candidates will be provisional and subject to final verification of their caste status.
