JoSAA round 2 allotment result out today — Check your IIT, NIT+ seat here

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will declare the round 2 seat allotment result for 2025 admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs today, June 25, at 5 pm on its official website josaa.nic.in.

Candidates who participated in the counselling process can check their allotment status by logging in with their JEE Main 2025 application number and password. Once logged in, they should navigate to the “Round 2 Seat Allotment Result” link under the candidate activity board to view their results.

What to do after checking the result:

If a seat is allotted, candidates must download the allotment letter.

Proceed with online reporting, fee payment, and document upload between June 25 and 29.

Respond to any queries from the authorities within the same window.

Withdrawal and exit window:

Candidates wishing to withdraw or exit from the seat allotment process can do so between June 26 and 30.

The last date to respond to a withdrawal query is July 1.

JoSAA will resolve any payment issues (for transactions made before the deadline) by 5 pm on June 30.

Round 3 allotment: July 2

Round 4 allotment: July 6

Round 5 allotment: July 11

Round 6 (final round) allotment: July 16

The JoSAA 2025 counselling process will be held in six rounds in total. Candidates are advised to follow the deadlines strictly to avoid disqualification or forfeiture of seats.
