HDCM at ICM Thiruvananthapuram: Last date to apply extended

The Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM), Thiruvananthapuram, has announced an extension of the application deadline for its Higher Diploma in Cooperative Management (HDCM) Programme for the academic year 2025–26. Interested candidates can now submit their applications by 30 July 2025.

Recognised qualification for cooperative sector jobs

The HDCM is an entry-level qualification for candidates seeking employment in the Cooperative Department and in various cooperative organisations, including Kerala Bank.

The course is approved by both the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Cooperative Service Examination Board.

Eligibility and fees

To be eligible for admission, applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline. The course fee is Rs. 25,000 plus 18% GST.
