In an official post on X, CBSE said students, parents and schools can seek guidance and clarification through its authorised support platforms. The board also warned users against sending emails to an unauthorised ‘Gmail’ address that had allegedly been accessed without permission.

The board asked students to use the official email ID, resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in, for result-related assistance.

CBSE said the support system has been introduced to help students navigate the post-result process smoothly and address concerns related to evaluation and academic pressure.

Why has CBSE introduced new support facilities after results?

The latest CBSE update comes as lakhs of students across India search for details related to re-evaluation, marks verification and post-result counselling. The board said the helpline and email support are aimed at reducing stress and helping students receive official guidance directly from CBSE platforms.

The board reiterated that it remains committed to assisting students “with sensitivity” during the result period.
