CAT 2025 registration begins August 1; Exam scheduled for November 30

Kozhikode: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode will conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 on November 30 (Sunday) in three sessions. CAT 2025 will be conducted in approximately 170 cities. Professor P N Ram Kumar of IIM Kozhikode will serve as the Convener for the exam.

Registrations for CAT 2025 will open on August 1 at 10 am and close on September 13 at 5 pm. Candidates can choose up to five preferred cities while applying. Once allotted, test centres cannot be changed.

A short edit window will be provided after registration closes, allowing candidates to update their photograph, signature, and test city preferences, provided they have completed registration and fee payment on time.

The two-hour test will consist of three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability. Each section will have a fixed time limit of 40 minutes, and switching between sections will not be permitted. A mock test will be made available on the official CAT website.
