PG Ayurveda 2025 application facility reopened for stray vacancy allotment

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has reopened the application submission facility as per NCISM directives prior to stray vacancy allotment round 3 for admission to postgraduate degree courses in Ayurveda, Kerala 2025. The Stray Vacancy allotment will be conducted to fill up the available vacant seats after the second round stray vacancy allotment and vacancies arising, if any. The net vacant seats after the second round stray vacancy allotment will be published later.

Qualified candidates who have not yet registered online applications can avail this facility up to 3 pm on 16.01.2026, at www.cee.kerala.gov.in as per conditions mentioned in the notification No. CEE/178/2025-TA1 dated 13.09.2025.

Fresh applicants, who find a place in the rank list, can participate in the stray vacancy filling allotment, subject to the condition that none of the allotments/admissions carried out in the previous allotments are disturbed.

Applications can be submitted at www.cee.kerala.gov.in up to 3 pm on 16.01.2026 by entering the required AIAPGET 2025 details and remitting the required application fee by way of online payment. Candidates shall upload the candidates' photo and signature, as well as all necessary certificates and documents, after paying the required application fee. More details are mentioned in the notification No. CEE/178/2025-TA1 dated 13.09.2025. There is no need to send the printout of the application or any documents to the CEE.

Candidates shall submit their options, in the order of their preference for the available course–college combinations, as and when the facility for option submission is enabled. Candidates of Kerala origin, except those who have already submitted applications to the CEE, can submit online options to be considered for allotment to postgraduate Ayurveda degree seats as and when the facility for option submission is enabled.

Keralite and non-Keralite candidates can register options to be considered for admission to PG Ayurveda All India Quota/Management seats are available in the self-financing colleges. Non-Keralite candidates can register options for all seats available in the self-financing colleges; however, their options will be considered only after the options of the Keralite candidates.

Fresh applicants who wish to be considered for admission to various reservation category seats or for any income-based fee concessions should submit, along with the online application, the required supporting documents (Community Certificate, Non-creamy Creamy Layer Certificate for state education purposes, EWS certificate, income certificate, etc., as the case may be) to substantiate the claims for reservation or fee concession. Fresh applicants will be considered only against the available reservation categories after the third round of allotment

Candidates who have already applied for PG Ayurveda degree courses and are having memo for rectifying defects in the documents for reservation claims can upload valid documents now. Those who have defects in their online application shall click the menu ‘Memo Details’ available in 'PG Ayurveda 2025-Candidate Portal’ and upload the required documents/certificates to correct the defects before 3 pm on 16.01.2026.

Candidates who have already completed their registration but whose payment was not made can complete the submission of the application after paying the required application fees.

Service quota seats are currently not available after the third round allotment. Service quota candidates can submit fresh applications, but they will be considered only if service quota seats become vacant. Service candidates seeking admission in the general quota may register online for options in the general category also to be considered for allotment in the quota.

PwD seats are currently not available after the third round allotment. PwD Quota candidates can submit fresh applications, but they will be considered only if PwD quota seats become vacant.

Candidates allotted to various colleges should take admission in the colleges and shall remit the fee shown in the Allotment Memo at the college allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the CEE. SC/ST/OEC children, fishermen, and inmates of Sree Chitra Home, Nirbhaya Home, Juvenile Home candidates are exempted from payment of tuition fee. Candidate who fails to take admission will lose their allotment as well as the claims for further online allotments, if any.

Any vacant seats remaining in the MD/MS Ayurveda courses in self-financing colleges across the state after the final phase of the stray vacancy allotment for the 2025-26 academic year will be included in the last round of stray vacancy allotment by treating them as 'domicile free' seats, subject to the non-availability of options from applicants of Kerala origin.

All candidates must go through the eligibility conditions, academic qualifications, documents required, etc. in the notification No. CEE/178/2025-TA1 dated 13.09.2025 and the government-approved prospectus for admission to the PG Degree Courses in Ayurveda, available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in before submission of a fresh application.
