AIAPGET 2025 exam on July 4: Apply online before June 8 deadline
National Testing Agency has invited applications for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2025, for admission to Postgraduate AYUSH Courses for the academic session 2025-26.
AIAPGET 2025 will be a single entrance examination for admission to Postgraduate AYUSH Courses for the academic session 2025-26 which will include the following: All India and State quota seats for admission to MD/ MS Courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy system of medicine for all AYUSH Colleges, Institutions & Universities/ Deemed to be Universities across the country.
No other AYUSH Colleges, Institutions/Universities/Deemed Universities shall be conducting any separate entrance exam for admission to AYUSH MD/MS Courses for the academic session 2025-26.
Eligibility: Applicant should hold BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree or Provisional or Pass BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS Pass Certificate and possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree qualification issued by the erstwhile CCIM / erstwhile CCH/NCISM/NCH/State/UT Board. Applicant should have completed one year of internship or/should complete the internship as per the NCISM/NCH notification.
The cut-off date for completion of internship towards determination of eligibility for appearing in AIAPGET-2025 shall be 31 July 2025 for courses under NCISM & 31 August 2025 for courses under NCH (as per the Notification dated 27.5.2025 of NTA). Candidates will be required to submit the original Compulsory Rotatory Internship completion certificate at the time of counselling.

Test Pattern: AIAPGET 2025 to be held on 4th July, 2025, will be a Computer Based Test of 120 minutes’ duration with 120 Multiple Choice Questions with single correct response. Each question carries 4 marks. For each incorrect response 1 marks will be deducted.
Medium of Paper (i) Ayurveda – English and Hindi (ii) Homoeopathy- English only (iii) Siddha – English and Tamil (iv) Unani – English and Urdu
Syllabus: The syllabus for the exam shall comprise of subjects’/knowledge areas as per the Graduate Level Education Regulations of respective discipline issued by NCISM/NCH. Applicants may refer to the NCISM/NCH website for complete syllabus.
Application: Application can be submitted online at https://exams.nta.ac.in/AIAPGET/ latest by 11.50 pm on 08 June 2025.
Application fee is Rs. 2700/- (Rs. 2450/- for General-EWS/ OBC-(NCL), Rs. 1800/- for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender). Application fee can be paid through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI up to 11.50 pm on 09 June 2025.
Correction in the Particulars of Application Form can be made online only, during 10 June 2025 to 11.50 pm on 12 June 2025.
Advance City Intimation will be announced on 24 June 2025. Admit Card can be downloaded from 30 June 2025.
Announcements related to Display of Questions, Recorded Responses and Provisional Answer Keys on the Website for inviting challenge(s) from interested candidates, Declaration of Result etc; will be published at NTA website.
NTA does not verify the information provided by the candidates during online registration and hence candidature will be purely provisional subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria as per NCISM/ NCH / States/ Universities / Institutions /Deemed Universities as designated.
NTA has no role in counselling. AACCC, will conduct counselling for admission to All India quota seats in Government, Government Aided, National Institutions, Central and Deemed to be Universities (Established under Central Act). The designated State / Union Territories (UT’s) Counselling Authority(s) will conduct counselling for admission to State/UT quota seats based on candidate’s AIAPGET 2025 merit, choice of subject & fulfilment of eligibility criteria, guidelines, domicile criteria, applicable reservation policies etc.
