Railways announce 1,003 apprentice vacancies; plus two, class 10 qualified can apply

The South East Central Railway (SECR) has invited applications for 1,003 apprentice positions at its Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) office and Wagon Repair Shop in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The one-year apprenticeship is open to candidates with an ITI qualification in relevant trades.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must have completed Class 10 under the Plus Two system with at least 50% marks, along with an ITI certification in the relevant trade.
Age limit
As of March 3, 2025, candidates must be between 15 and 24 years old. Age relaxations apply, with five years for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates. Differently-abled individuals and ex-servicemen are eligible for further concessions as per regulations.
