Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India; OIDB Bhavan, Tower-A, Plot-2, Sector-73, Noida; has invited applications for various positions purely on contract basis.

Positions and eligibility are as follows

(i) Consultant (Drilling) - 1 position: B.Tech/B.E in Petroleum Engineering/Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering

(ii) Junior Consultant (Programming) - 1 position: Graduate in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or Postgraduate in Computer application (MCA)/Computer Science

(iii) Junior Consultant (Geology) - 1 position: M.Sc/M.Sc. (Tech) Degree in Geology 

All qualifications must be from a Govt. recognized University/Institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks.

Working location for the Incumbent, Experience profile, Required/Desired skill sets, Preferred status, Age bracket (range), Recommended sources (Upstream/Downstream oil CPSEs / any CPSEs/ Central Govt./State Govt. or any Other Sources), Remuneration suggested (per month), Tenure of engagement/deputation etc; are given in the detailed Notification at https://dghindia.gov.in/ (Careers link).
