Stray vacancy filling for admission to PG Dental Courses Kerala 2023

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has notified the Stray Vacancy Filling for admission to PG Dental Courses-2023.

The Online Stray Vacancy Allotment to the P G Dental (MDS) courses 2023 to fill up the vacant seats in the Government Dental Colleges and Private Self Financing Dental colleges in the State has been published at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.  

The allotment has been prepared by excluding those candidates who are allotted to PG Dental seats through All India Stray Vacancy Allotment. 

Three Lists have been issued for this phase of Stray Vacancy filling round of admission. 

List 1- Allotment List: List has been prepared based on the options registered by the candidates for Stray Vacancy Allotment and vacancies available. 

List 2- Probable List: List has been prepared based on options registered by the candidates for Stray Vacancy Allotment. 

List 3- Eligible Candidate List: Includes those candidates who are included in the rank lists and are eligible to be considered for admission. 

Candidates shall be considered from these list based on the priority levels. Candidates can check the Lists and guidelines that have been published at www.cee.kerala.gov.in  

Candidates included in the Lists, may contact the college authorities concerned and participate in the allotment process before 2 pm on 20.10.2023.

Candidates should submit documents as per clause 18.2 and shall remit the entire fee at the time of admission before 4 pm on 20.10.2023. 

Course once allotted in the Stray Vacancy Allotment shall be final. Surrender of seats after Stray Vacancy Allotment will not be permitted. The stray vacancy registration fee of those candidates who do not join the seat allotted through

Stray Vacancy Allotment will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. 

Those candidates who vacate the seat admitted after Stray Vacancy Allotment will be liable to pay the liquidated damages as per prospectus clause 19.5 in addition to registration fee as penalty to CEE. If a service candidate discontinues the PG Dental Course after the stray vacancy counseling, he/she will have to pay liquidated damages as per clause 11.5. Those candidates who vacate their seats admitted through previous allotments conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations after the stray vacancy allotment will also be liable to pay the liquidated damages as mentioned above.
