Special Stray Vacancy Allotment to PG Dental Courses Kerala-2023

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, has notified Special Stray Vacancy Allotment to PG Dental Courses Kerala-2023.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) had notified Special Stray Vacancy Round for filling the vacant P.G Dental seats of AIQ and state quota. Accordingly, CEE will conduct a Special Stray Vacancy Round to fill the seats still lying vacant in Kerala for PG Dental Courses. The vacancy status has been published at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Eligibility: Those who are not holding any seat in All India Quota or State Quota are eligible to participate in special stray vacancy round. However, candidates who did not join the seats allotted and vacated after joining through Round 3 onwards are ‘Not Eligible’ to participate. Those candidates who have been included in the list of allotted/admitted candidates shared by MCC after Special Stray Vacancy Round allotment and those who have joined/are holding a seat in the All India Quota/Deemed/Central University allotment at the time of stray vacancy filling as per the data shared, if any, by the central authorities are not eligible for participating in the stray vacancy filling.
There will be Registration Fee and fresh option registration for this round. The registration fee will be Rs. 49,620/- if opted only for Government seats or Rs.1,00,000/-, if opted also for private self-financing colleges. Those candidates who have paid any Registration fee to the CEE through previous rounds of counseling, but not allotted any seat, have to pay the balance amount as Registration fee. For SC/ST/OEC and other eligible candidates having fee concession, the registration fee for Govt./Private colleges will be, half of the above amounts respectively. The registration fee paid for this round will be adjusted in the fee of the course, if the candidates gets an allotment or else will be refunded after counseling ends. Registration fee of those candidates who do not join the seat allotted in this round will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. The details of such candidates will be intimated to the MCC which may debar them from taking NEET next year.
Fresh Option Registration for Special Stray Vacancy Round by eligible candidates included in the Rank list published by the CEE can done online by 11 am on 27.11.2023 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates may enter their Application Number & Password in the link ‘PG Dental 2023 Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in to log on to their home page. Then by clicking the menu ‘Stray Vacancy Registration’ candidates can register their options online after paying the prescribed registration fee.
Provisional Allotment will be published on 27.11.2023 and final allotment list on 28.11.2023. All candidates who get an allotment should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and pay the fee at the colleges during the period from 29.11.2023 to 3 pm on 30.11.2023. Candidates who belong to SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the Notification are exempted from payment of tuition fees.
Any candidate (including SC/ST/OEC Students) who discontinue the PG Dental course after joining the special stray vacancy counseling will have to pay liquidated damages as per prospectus clause applicable.
