Officer Trainee in Finance and Company Secretary disciplines at POWERGRID and CTUIL
POWERGRID, a ‘Maharatna’ Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, engaged in power transmission business with the mandate for planning, co-ordination, supervision and control over complete Inter-State Transmission System, is recruiting Officer Trainee in the discipline of Company Secretary and Finance.
Vacancies also exist for the post of Officer Trainee (Company Secretary) and (Finance) in Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL) which is presently a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
There are 36 positions of Officer Trainee (Finance) and 3 positions of Officer Trainee (Company Secretary) at Powergrid. There are 3 positions of Officer Trainee (Finance) and 1 position of Officer Trainee (Company Secretary) at CTUIL. Eligibility: For the Post Officer Trainee (Company Secretary) applicant should be Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. For the post of Officer Trainee (Finance), applicant should be a CA / ICWA (CMA) Pass.
Age: Upper age limit is 28 years as on 07.08.2024. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be as follows: OBC(NCL) candidates - 3 years, SC/ST candidates - 5 years, PwBD candidates - 10 years over and above category relaxation; Ex-Servicemen/ DESM / Victims of riots - As per Govt. of India directives.
Cut-off date for eligibility criteria regarding age, educational qualification, category status is 07.08.2024.
Selection Process: The selection process will comprise of Written Test /Computer Based Test, followed by Group Discussion, Behavioral Assessment and Personal Interview of the candidates who qualify in the Test and are shortlisted category wise for the GD and Interview, in the prescribed ratio.
