Get certified as Associate Fellow of Industrial Health: Apply now at ESIC, Alwar

ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Desula, MIA, Alwar, Rajastan-301030, under Employee's State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India; has invited applications for the three-month training program in Industrial Health leading to the award of Certificate of ‘Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH)’. 

The programme is mandatory qualification regulated by the Directorate General Factory Advice Service & Labour Institutes (DGFASLI) for all medical officers working in hazardous industries. The programme conducted by the Institute is approval by DGFASLI.

Key components of the program include (i) Fundamentals of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) practice (ii) Occupational & Environmental health (iii) Research methodology and biostatistics (iv) Statutory provisions related to OSH (v) Project work, Industrial visits. 

The Training program will be held from 28.01.2025 to 28.04.2025 at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Desula, MIA, Alwa, Rajasthan. There are 50 seats for the Program.

Essential Qualification: Applicant should hold MBBS degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Applicant should be in possession of Recognized medical qualification, Internship completion certificate; Permanent registration certificate issued by the NMC/ the erstwhile MCI or State Medical Council. Applicant should have minimum Two years working experience in any establishment or self-certified practice of modern medicine after completion of the compulsory internship period. The period spent on higher studies in the field of modern medicine - recognized postgraduate medical degree/diploma (MD/MS/DNB/Diploma) or an equivalent recognized medical qualification as per provisions of the NMC Act 2019 and the repealed Indian Medical Council Act 1956 shall be considered as working experience.

Course Fee: The fee is Rs. 25,000/- for non-sponsored candidates and Rs. 40,000/- for sponsored candidates. 

Residential facility is available on payment of charges.
