51 varieties of Pappad made of fruits, vegetables

Pumpkin, Raggi, Puthina, Tulsi, Cucumber, Jackfruit, Brahmi, Lemon, Tapioca, Pine Apple, drumstick leaves and other locally grown fruits, vegetables and pulses are used to make pappad. Malappuram native Nageswaran, a farmer and his wife Dhanalakshmi made 51 varieties of Pappad.
